The prices quoted are per person per day, excluding tourist tax.

When booking a double room as a single room, the price for 2 people will be charged.

• For cancellations made up to 90 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus a €50 processing fee. For cancellations made after this time, we charge the following cancellation fees:

  90-61 days before arrival: 40%

  60 to 31 days before arrival: 70% of the package price

  30 to 15 days before arrival with 90% of the package price

  Cancellations made after 2 PM prior to arrival, in case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, 100% of the package price will be charged. Unused services will not be refunded.

  Cancellations are only valid in writing. The right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 18 Paragraph 1 Item 10 of the Austrian Distance Selling Act (FAGG) does not apply; instead, the General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian hotel industry apply. The cancellation policy applies regardless of whether the booked rooms are re-let in whole or in part. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with European Travel Insurance.
